Lucille received her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Lucille clerked for the Honorable Judge Maurice A. Ross on the D.C. Superior Court.

During law school, Lucille worked as the Senior Online Editor for the Georgetown Environmental Law Journal and as the co-director for the school’s moot court team. She was recognized by Georgetown for her pro-bono work and received the Dean’s Certificate award for contributions to the school and local communities. While attending Georgetown Law, Lucille worked for Homer Law Chartered, the Sierra Club, and as a student attorney in the Georgetown Environmental Law & Justice Clinic. Each of these experiences reinforced her interest in Tribal, environmental, and energy law.

Lucille grew up in Seattle and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Washington. Prior to entering the legal field, Lucille worked in business development in the tech industry in Seattle. She also served a term in AmeriCorps NCCC as a corps member in the program’s southwest region.

Lucille lives in Washington D.C. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, martial arts, cooking, and exploring D.C.’s many museums, parks, and markets.
