Peter has been involved in the legal system since age 17, when he interned with the Honorable Judge Dismore Tuttle in Colorado’s 19th Judicial District. He later received four consecutive state grants to continue working within the District, serving in the Clerk’s Office processing pleadings and entering traffic and misdemeanor matters into the state system. While working and attending school, Peter initially studied operatic performance before shifting his focus to sociology and criminal psychology. He has since worked in both court systems and private practice, including with the 2nd Judicial District in Denver. A standout experience in his career was assisting law enforcement in a multi-agency effort that led to the apprehension of a serial offender.

After several years working in personal injury and insurance defense in Georgia, Peter has returned home to Colorado. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, camping, fly fishing, and a good true crime documentary.
