Prior to joining the firm, Charlotte served as a law clerk for Colorado’s Eighth Judicial District in Fort Collins, where she worked on a wide variety of civil and domestic relations matters.

During law school, Charlotte served as a Research Assistant to Professor Charles Wilkinson, contributing extensively to his book *Treaty Justice: The Northwest Tribes, the Boldt Decision, and the Recognition of Fishing Rights*. She also served as Articles Editor for the *Environmental Law Journal* and Events Coordinator for the Environmental Law Society. Charlotte gained valuable experience as a summer law clerk with the Native American Rights Fund, where she supported Tribal clients in matters involving intellectual property law, land use, international law, and Native American voting rights.

Charlotte’s legal experience also includes internships with the U.S. Department of the Interior, Rocky Mountain Region Office of the Solicitor, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Regional Counsel, where she worked on a broad range of legal and regulatory issues affecting Tribal Nations and public lands.
