Braydn is an enrolled member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation. As an associate at Patterson Real Bird & Rasmussen LLP, Braydn’s practice areas include federal Indian law, tribal governance, litigation, and legal services pertaining to education, housing, and tribal enterprise development.

Prior to joining the firm, Braydn worked as a trial attorney at a nonprofit, the Heartland Center for Jobs and Freedom, where he represented tenants through Kansas City’s Right to Counsel Program. Through his cases, Braydn prevented evictions and held landlords and property management companies responsible for uninhabitable living conditions.
