Born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia, Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University in 1993 and her law degree from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi, in 2008. Before attending law school, Linda served as a development director and campaign manager for numerous arts and educational organizations.

Formerly a shareholder at a mid-sized firm in Jackson, Mississippi, Linda’s practice has spanned a wide variety of complex trial court and appellate litigation and commercial transactions. Linda has represented a tribal gaming commission and done appellate litigation in support of tribal sovereignty. She worked closely with the National Indian Gaming Commission and state gaming authorities to launch and help ensure the ongoing success of one of Indian Country’s first sportsbook operations. For several years, Linda drafted the annual updates for the Tribal Law Chapter of the Mississippi Encyclopedia of Law.  Linda has also been an adjunct professor of legal writing at Mississippi College School of Law.

Linda lives with her three children and two pugs in Louisville, Colorado and enjoys exploring all that Colorado has to offer.
