Joseph has an extensive background in Dependency, Juvenile Delinquency, Criminal law, Family law, and Probate cases. Before joining Native Law Group, Joseph began his career at the Florida Department of Children and Families, where he prosecuted juvenile dependency cases to safeguard children from abuse and neglect. He has joined our active team serving tribal clients in our Colorado office. He is a graduate of Barry University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Florida, and the Ute Indian Tribal Court.
Additionally, Native Law Group is pleased to announce that Elise St. Louis and Elizabeth “Elle” Schwab have joined the CO office as Law Clerks.
Elise has focused on Indian law through her work with the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation and involvement in the National Native American Law Student Association (NALSA) moot court competition. She is passionate about the intersection of Indian and environmental law and is committed to engaging with the Native American legal community. Elise is a graduate from the University of Oregon School of Law.
Elizabeth “Elle” Schwab has been dedicated to federal Indian law, natural resources and environmental law, cultural resources law, and criminal law. During law school, Elle participated in three National Native American Law School Association moot court competitions. She interned for multiple state and federal agencies, including the Department of the Interior, Office of the Solicitor while in law school. Elle is a graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law with a certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources law. Elise and Elle have become valuable members of our team in our Colorado office.
