Sarah Tye is the Human Resources Manager and Assistant Firm Administrator at Patterson Real Bird & Rasmussen LLP, where she leads the firm’s HR strategy, people operations, and key administrative functions. She supports attorneys and staff across the firm, ensuring smooth operations, strong compliance practices, and a positive, people-centered workplace.

Sarah brings deep experience across compensation and benefits, policy development, succession planning, employment law compliance, and talent acquisition. She’s known for building scalable systems, improving internal processes, and helping organizations grow with clarity and intention. Before joining Patterson Real Bird & Rasmussen, Sarah held HR leadership roles at Jetti Resources, Honeybee Robotics, Pitney Bowes, and Waterstone Environmental, supporting teams through rapid growth, complex change, and organizational transformation.

She holds a B.S. in Biology and Environmental Sciences from the University of Colorado and is a SHRM-SCP certified HR professional.
